I came to Robin with a request early January 2012: Make me fit for the summer!

I have always been working out and I wasn't troubled with overweight or similar, but I was not able to make it to the next level by myself. Price was an issue for me, but Robin suggested working out together only 30 minutes a week. Next to our weekly appointment I had to work out by myself 2-3 times a week, but only with my 30 minute program. According to him it should be enough to reach my goal. I thought it sounded too good to be true because I normally worked out 1-1.5 hour 3-4 times a week. We started working out and he introduced me to various exercises with TRX bands, kettlebells and boxing. A variety of these exercises in combination with nutritional advise and a new workout program every month made me reach my goal by the end of April.

When I first approached Robin in January my weight showed 66kg with 29.8% fat. By April 29th I had lost 5kg, 11 cm around my waist and my fat percentage had dropped to 24%. I had never been that fit!

My journey with Robin has thought me a lot about my own body, new exciting exercises and healthy nutrition. What I find important is that Robin do not aim for a "quick fix" as many other trainers, the process is all about a lifestyle change. The tools he give you is easy to follow and is something to you can easily apply to the rest of your life.
